Skills Group Employment (ETCO) needed a clean, conversion-focused site to communicate a fairly complex B2B proposition, group apprentice employment; to two very different audiences: businesses wanting to host an apprentice, and people wanting to become one. As web designer and developer, I designed and built the site to make that dual offering clear and easy to navigate from the very first scroll.
The layout leads with a strong, benefit-led headline: “Apprentice Employment, Made Simple”, paired with clear dual calls-to-action for hosting versus becoming an apprentice, letting visitors self-select their path immediately. Below the fold, a “What Makes Us Different” section breaks down the service into digestible benefit blocks, while a stats-driven “By The Numbers” section builds credibility through scale (New Zealand’s largest employer of electrical apprentices, operating since 1991). A row of recognisable industry logos (“Supported By”) reinforces trust for a B2B audience evaluating a workforce partner.
