Windsor Construction is an Auckland-based residential building company, and I was responsible for both the brand guidelines and the website design and build. With over 20 years of industry experience behind the business, the goal was to create a digital presence that felt as trustworthy, considered, and high-quality as their craftsmanship, a clean, confident site that lets the projects speak for themselves.
Brand & Design
The visual identity draws on a restrained, editorial palette of deep greens, warm neutrals, and crisp whites, paired with elegant serif headings against clean sans-serif body text. This combination gives the brand a timeless, high-end feel that suits residential and architectural work, avoiding the generic, corporate look common in the building industry. The brand guidelines established consistent rules for typography, colour usage, and photography style, ensuring Windsor’s completed projects; from Kingsland terraces to Milford renovations ,are always presented with the same level of polish.
